The application process is easy! Just follow these steps to get the space that fits you. Feel free to contact us for any help in this important decision-making process!
Select the Apartment Home You Would Like to Apply For
Select the Lease Term and Date that You Would Like to Move, then Click “Begin Application”
Fill Out the Application
The application will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
- Proof of Renters Insurance (The Heights at Signal Hill must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to Living Expense coverage in the standard policy.

- Cashier’s Check or Money Order
- Vehicle Registration
- Photograph of Your Pet for Your File
- Proof of Current Pet Vaccinations and City Animal License
